To Supervise Bank Reconciliation of Bank Accounts & Other Reconciliation Statement
- To Financial Management responsibilities of all financial statement, accounting and
Statistical reports and any other special reports which may, from time to time, be required by Director of Finance.
- To Oversee preparation of the P & L on month end, Review preliminary P & L, for Financial Controller.
- Financial Management responsibilities for the Balance Sheet Accounts
- To Advise the Director of Finance any problem Accounts.
- To Monitor Daily Cash & Bank Balance
- To schedule and chair all budget meeting
- To manage all audits and prepare responses as necessary
- To Co-ordinate and chair monthly Accounting Office meeting
- To Overseeing the accounting office per organization.
- To Deduct TDS from the payment to different parties and Deposit the same into bank
Within prescribed Period.
- Looking after Luxury Tax, Entertainment Tax, Cable Tax, Vat Deposit the same into Bank & online return submitted.
- Looking after Advance Tax, FBT, into the bank within prescribed period.
- Handling Cash of the Firm
- Handling of all other works related with Income Tax & VAT, TDS, and Service Tax.
- To prepare Consolidate Income & Expenses
- To prepare Consolidate Balance sheet
- Followup & collection of Credit Out standings
