Technical Support Job Description TSR

Call center- You will be responsible for providing technical support and building customer relations through troubleshooting.

1.      Apple Macintosh support or Microsoft support.

2.      After the training you will be certified by Microsoft or apple Certified Technician.

3.      Technical queries will be a major part of job profile.

4.      Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.

5.      Knowledge of basic hardware is added advantage

6.      Age limit 18 to 35.
